Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Participation in Rugged Rush is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above on the event day and must ensure they are physically and medically fit to take part in a high-intensity obstacle race.
Registration & Entry
- Registration is online only through the official Rugged Rush registration link.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
- For correction requests, participants must email info@ruggedrush.com.
Entry Fee & Refund Policy
- Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, failure to collect the bib, late arrival, disqualification, medical issues, or being denied participation on race day.
- If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including force majeure, weather conditions, government restrictions), the registration fee will be adjusted towards participation on a rescheduled date.
- If a participant is unable to participate on the rescheduled date, they will be eligible for a refund, subject to timelines and conditions communicated by the organizer.
Bibs, Timing & Identification
- Bibs and timing chips are strictly non-transferable.
- Bibs must be worn on the front of the vest at all times during the race.
Goodies & Bib Collection
- Participants must collect their running bibs and race goodies from the Box Office at the event venue on the event day.
- Collection Timings: 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM (Challengers) 6:00 to 8:00 (Rushers)
- Failure to collect the bib within the stipulated time may result in denial of participation, without any refund.
Footwear & Safety Compliance
- Barefoot participation is strictly prohibited at any point during the event.
- Sandals, slippers, open footwear, or non-sporting shoes are not permitted inside the race circuit at any time.
- Participants are not allowed to remove or open their shoes while attempting any obstacle.
- Any violation of footwear or safety rules will result in immediate removal from the course, without refund.
Medical & Fitness
- Participants participate at their own risk.
- The event medical team has the authority to stop any participant deemed medically unfit to continue.
- Decisions taken by medical personnel are final and binding.
Race Conduct & Discipline
- Participants must follow instructions given by race marshals, volunteers, security staff, and officials at all times.
- Any participant found violating race rules, safety protocols, or displaying unruly or unsafe behaviour will be disqualified without refund.
Baggage & Personal Belongings
Baggage counters will be available at the venue.
- Participants are advised not to store valuables such as mobile phones, jewellery, watches, cameras, or electronic gadgets. The Event Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal belongings.
Parking
- Parking is available inside the venue.
- Parking is provided at the participant’s own risk. The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside parked vehicles.
Media, Photography & Content Usage
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture participants during the event.
- Participants grant the organizer full rights to use such content for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
- Any audio, video, or visual recordings made by participants are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Organizer Rights & Amendments
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions taken by the Event Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
